We are already in the process of starting our LLC.

If you decided to put them in a LLC and make it a commercial loan, they would lend on the property and not you personally.

If I quit claim the deed to my Ga LLC (which is owned by a WY LLC w/ a paid-for nominee), would this keep my name out of the public? 

My investing partner and I have recently filed for an LLC that we plan on moving properties into after we purchase them.

I've done some research in this field, mainly reading books like Joe Fairless' Best Ever Series, Ken McElroy's Real Estate Investing books.

Would I simply set up an LLC to own the building and then rent to the business?

Sidenote:  I'm not turning it into an LLC due to the low 2.5% APR VA homeloan that would need to be refianced by law at an undoubtedly higher rate.Realitve to comps in the area, the house in completely remodeled with a larger than average back yard and includes a recessed hot tub on back deck.  3 bedrooms (one is a small crib room in all fairness) and 1.5 bath (upstairs main and downstairs powder room).
