We have been reading an enormous amount of information attending seminars, webinars, podcast doing it all. 

It certainly is in MA where I practice.You'll find all manner of BP posters, YouTube videos and guru seminars that tell you it's legal - but they're not the ones who are going to get sued when someone finds out that you screwed their grandma out of $50,000 in equity.

etc.I ran into some investors at a seminar a year ago that mentioned in passing they were having good luck using pay to click to find sellers for SFH and after rehabbing them using the same methods to offer them for sale on a rent to own type of arrangement.
