Beginners Journey at 60

Mark Rogers
Posted

Hello All,

A Beginner here at the young age of 60!! My wife and I own one property that was originally ours, but we moved and decided to keep the house as a rental.  What a great decision!!  The decision was made seven years ago to use the house as a rental.  We have had 5 great tenants and one lousy one, that's not to bad.  Now we want to do more.  We both still work full time and will for the next seven years barring our health stays good.  We have been reading an enormous amount of information attending seminars, webinars, podcast doing it all.  Anyone start later in life as we have? If so, any suggestions?

Mark
