Some of the obstacles I had faced was how to tackle my first deal, how to find a mentor, how to conduct analysis, and finally what to do once I analyze a deal.I would like to hear some inspirational journeys some seasoned investors had to persevere through in order to become "successful", and some of the task Newbies would like to get accomplished to start their journey to become a successful REI.
