2014 Investor New Year Resolutions

As we are at the start of a new year many are making new year's resolutions, plans for 2014, and promises that we will all work hard at accomplishing. I would like to know from all those starting out or have been investing for a year or less what are your resolutions for investing in 2014. This will be able to inspire those who have been on the fence and don't know where to start, or how to start. I have been investing for a little while now but wholesaling less than a year. Some of the obstacles I had faced was how to tackle my first deal, how to find a mentor, how to conduct analysis, and finally what to do once I analyze a deal.

I would like to hear some inspirational journeys some seasoned investors had to persevere through in order to become "successful", and some of the task Newbies would like to get accomplished to start their journey to become a successful REI.
