I'll have rental incomes of $2000+ each month, which is incredible cash flow from a $585 mortgage payment (taxes included). $40k income job.

NYT article says:With FICO (the scoring model required by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), credit inquiries for mortgage loans that are less than 30 days old are ignored and have no impact.

Don't just shop by ISD reputation - actually go look at the individual scores and histories when you get ready to purchase.
