If the PM is not holding tenants accountable for their responsibilities then it is time to find a new PM.

Your credit score is actually better if you have a small balance on 1 or 2 of your credit cards to show you’re managing your finances responsibly.

He was knowledgable about the market there and each neighborhood, as well as being very responsive throughout the process, returning calls/texts quickly so I could move forward.

I am an extremely responsible, and genuine person looking to pursue passive income and financial freedom, however, I do my due diligence and am hopeful to find hard working individuals who can be honest with me back and genuinely helpful. 

Inexperienced investors believe hiring a PM relieves them of all responsibilities.
