As apparently only Zack-bot’s manager can resolve issues, I’ve asked for that person’s contact info...dead silence.

In my opinion (you'll want to confirm with the title insurance underwriter) the way to resolve this is the Personal Representative of the Estate of the auction seller will need to sign and record a confirmatory deed.

I am waiting on a minor issue to be resolved before I can go under contract for my 6th property.

Did a walk around with a realtor to check the property and found some issues that need resolved to make it rent worthy. 

The property had title issues, FNMA didn't want to release my EM, and it ultimately took 8 months to resolved the issues and close, with my EM locked up the entire time.

My goals are different from most in that I want to resolve problems instead of going through an eviction.

Hopefully the owner was involved and realised what has gone on and resolved the issue.

We allow for one eviction if it was resolved and full restitution was made.
