My plan is to have this paid off before leaving federal service.

@Matt Dickens Brian is right.I see a lot of this as a respect issue, if he doesn't have respect for himself and his time to organize it so that he can provide quality service for his customers, how can he respect his customer's time and jobs?

I am thinking though that once the loan has been funded, it's really up to the servicer / investor whether this would be allowed. 

When you purchase a property you don't pay a REALTOR so go find one and use their professional services.

Owners tend to always think fees are too high for services offered.Maybe the management company was too big,too small, too far away for the type of tenant base and rents per door,etc.

I came across a service provider recently that could create a "we buy houses" type website and then drive traffic to it via Google pay per click program and Facebook ads. 

The last few hours have been spent wandering around in a quagmire of IRS Publications that have caused the death of extremely valuable brain cells. 

Was the only bidder a majority of the time until recent when 1 other bidder decided to join the party but was only window shopping and probably scared off of the OCCUPIED status)New London County CT  built in the late 80'schecked the public records and found the owner of the home. 

I hope the customer service woild be personolized enough and their resourses would be benecicial.

If you have an estimate of services for a 28 unit building built in 1928, purchased in 2018 for $835k and rennovations of $420k underway, I would appreciate it.
