Just looking for some help before we ditch a project that looked promising, or worse, lose money on the deal.

I work for Keller Williams, and was recommended for a high production team within the company because I had been doing so well.Let me preface with I never wanted to join a team, but I wanted to see what it was like and oh did they promise me the world!  

For the past couple of months, I've been analyzing deals and walking through what I thought to be "promising on paper" properties to start getting some exposure to the process. 

But some of the apps look promising.

TK cons are typically one to 2 man operations selling cheap properties and over promising, most of the time, lack communication skills. 

"I promise to get a job" typically isn't an acceptable answer

I am a lawyer, but not selling anything, I promise.

So I have ran into a wholesaler who has shown me a couple of promising deals.

And you would have to wait that long just to get this promised money.

On a personal note, I have planted several trees that died because even after promising to water them, the tenants neglected them.
