I can't seem to figure out rehab costs

Hi there! I am a new investor trying to practice analyzing deals. However, when I get to the rehab portion, I continuously get stuck because I have no clue on what to estimate. From there I can break it down into several different categories (ie: roof, driveway, windows, paint, etc.) but I am still not sure what to estimate for those costs. I would like to be able to practice analyzing deals from home based solely off the information I receive from Zillow, realtor.com, craigslist, etc. Does anyone have advice for how I should go about doing this? I am currently in college and I want to practice now, so that I can start investing when I graduate next spring. Thank you in advance for your feedback :)
