Hi Everyone,In almost every Bigger Pockets podcast and listen to successful individuals, I've learned a recurring theme of how important it is to network and build community.

Can't remember what this position is named, but maybe while working for the big places, you could also park in a smaller place and be that person at the same time.Start attending conferences and building your network of friends, family, and third party investors while you're doing your year.

This past year I have learned many things about Cap Rates, how to find deals and underwrite as well as meeting brokers, networking, seller financing, hard money, etc..

Networking is always a great practice and you never know who you might meet there and what good information they have to share.
