Syndicating RV Parks and Campgrounds
What's up, everybody! I have a vivid vision, which I genuinely believe is actually my life's mission. This mission is to help positively impact as many people as possible by providing amazing experiences which create life-long memories(magical moments) from visiting extraordinary locations and staying in unforgettable places. I don't have a goal but rather a burning passion for accomplishing this mission by syndicating RV Parks/Campgrounds near national and state parks and in-filling them with some awesome tiny homes. The experiences and memories gained from the guests visiting these sites will last a lifetime.
If anybody is looking to explore accomplishing something extraordinary and seeing what is truly possible, let's connect. I'd love to connect with anybody looking to break into the large multifamily space specifically with RV Parks and Campgrounds. If this absolutely fires you up and speaks to you then I'd love to connect with you. Interested in finding other amazing people who want to leave a lasting, positive impact on countless other people, live a life of purpose, and truly see what's possible of accomplishing. Sound like you or someone you know?

@Stephen Condon Lots of people doing this.... Just heard a couple of nice podcasts recently on this. One group seems like was franchising Margaritaville branded parks.

Also heard one from RREAF.
Interesting ideas.
What experience do you have? Have you ever lived in RV park or worked in one? Where are you? Where's the first one going to be?
If you're looking to break into that business, I think I'd go work for a year or two in one of the best operated ones in the country.
Buy an RV if you don't have one and move every 30 days to different parks around the one you work. Work your tail off learning every aspect of the business.
I've heard on the smaller places that don't have onsite management, that sometimes they have a person who kind of keeps an eye on things. Can't remember what this position is named, but maybe while working for the big places, you could also park in a smaller place and be that person at the same time.
Start attending conferences and building your network of friends, family, and third party investors while you're doing your year. Start underwriting opportunities, build your list of lenders.
Keep us posted as to how you progress.
