Howdy! I am Cat from Phoenix, AZ! I started my RE Investing journey in 2023 learning from some people who are already successful in the business. This past year I have learned many things about Cap Rates, how to find deals and underwrite as well as meeting brokers, networking, seller financing, hard money, etc.. Along the way, I even met some like-minded folks who already are experienced in notes, construction, residential investing, and land. All has been a positive experience so far! This group of mine is now looking toward finding our way to multifamily buy and holds and wholesaling and maybe even flips. I was starting to look into carving a path for us to do this when a realtor contacted me. During our conversation while getting to talk about my goals, she told me about BIGGERPOCKETS and I love what I see! I am interested in meeting more like-minded people who are just as excited to close deals and leave legacies behind. Let's talk, learn, grow, and invest together!
