Smells like mint, though... dead giveaway.Your lease should be a living document, and you should create a master lease document that you add all these helpful clauses into, so as you learn more fun things, you can add as you go and the master lease gets printed for all renewals or initial leases.

I was looking at buying the prints then sending them out to bid and doing the interviewing myself for the contractors.

Here in Illinois once you know the 2 page form you need to fill in, you can do it, print it, then mail it.

Beware: the checks are written from "Best Bank" with one of the two entities titled above printed across the top.

Most companies I have sued that used legal zoom had the worst, incomplete and wrong incorporating generic documents they were not worth the paper printed on.

It's basically a service that fills the required forms for u for $20, and all u have to do is print, sign, and send to the appraisal district.
