I don't, and I don't have any interest in developing them- it sounds like a drag to me.But it seems to me that you are offering a potentially plausible, but hardly predictable and repeatable, scenario.

Some turned upside down.14 years ago today I was unemployed, renting an apartment in Irvine I couldn't afford and had about $15K in mutual funds to my name which was wiped out in the stock market turmoil in the days following that horrific event.

I mostly dabbled into stock investing but I find it somewhat boring.For me there is just too much to learn in REI and I really like challenges plus I like to kind of get active out there and get my hands dirty.My gameplan isGet into buy and hold Single Family Residential and mobile homes Investing whether locally or in emerging markets out of State.Build cash and then invest into Small Multi-Family residentsHopefully after building even more cash then invest into apartments, commercial property, raw lands, and mobile home parks.I'm open to connecting with like minded people to share knowledge and maybe potentially collaborate with.

They probably got there by spending far less they they earned and using this fuel to invest in projects that make as much or more than the market does with a 50/50 blend of stocks to bonds.
