A licensed electrician just installed one of these for $875 all in:https://photos.app.goo.gl/kbjC...We just add into the rental agreement, that the tenant is required to take a photo on the (DATE) of each month (ideally, to coincide with the service dates of the main meter) and email it to us.

They charge a nominal fee to come take a look (100-500 depending on how detailed you want them to be) and they arnt going to try and upsell you on expensive construction project since they are literally just paid to write up the report.

I should be able to go to the jurisdiction permit office with the application, plans (if required), photos (if helpful) and pay the fee and get scheduled for inspection.

You get much better economies of scale with larger Parks when it comes to expenses.The bank should place a nominal value on the Park Owned Homes as part of the deal, and would be their fair market value.
