Cash invested: $25,000

No cashflow at the moment as it is going to be my second owner occupy building.

@Shane Moynihan - Congratulations! Mind breaking down the numbers? What are the rents you will get once stabilized? How much work does it need? What is your plan? Have any pics? I'd love to hear more about the property and the analysis that went into it.
