I was thinking of putting in a yard post like the realtors use with the plastic box with information (rental criteria) and the phone number to call to get an application.Has anyone done this?

I did some things right with that first rental (scheduling an open house instead of individual appointments, for example, and screening applicants) but there's definitely room for improvement.
