I'm not really asking for advice as much as I'd like to see there be a conversation on this thread... this is a lot of space & I think creativity can flow on commercial projects, which is why I like them so much.I'll attach the floorplan but keep in mind that they aren't 100% accurate, these LiDAR scanners aren't perfect yet so that's why the square footage is off at the bottom...

They do this a bunch of different ways - by discouraging development of middle class homes and low end homes (only high end homes make sense for builders to build), opposing increased density, opposing building in a lot of areas (due to pressure from environmentalists and NIMBYs), and letting deadbeat renters get away with squatting on and even vandalizing a property.
