Hello everyone!

When purchasing a property out of state what has been your philosophy?

Have you been okay having your agent, property manager, etc handle everything for you? Do you do all your research online?

Do you feel it’s important to visit and see the property, area, etc with your own eyes?

I know there is no perfect way, but excited to hear your experiences.
