Move in rental fees
I am a new ish investor. I have a 2bed 2bath condo in las Vegas. I would like to know that fees i can charge renters.
What fee can I charge tentats to move in?

You also need to keep in mind what the market will bear. Just because you can charge a fee, doesn't mean that prospective tenants will pay it.
