Upon graduation I was able to follow my passion of real state by starting work at New Western Acquisitions, a residential brokerage for distressed single family homes, and I have been absolutely captivated by the real estate industry ever since.

Actually, I have just lost the passion.  

I often spend my days in my cubicle about quitting my job (currently in cubicle thinking this now as I type) and seeking something I am passionate about.

I am very passionate about my career and want to keep real estate as a part time hobby.Question 1) With the industry I work in, it doesn't allow me to stay in the same place for a long period of time.

I'm extremely passionate about making properties look amazing and because of that I think flipping properties to sell would be a perfect fit for me.

I have worked for several successful local real estate investors as a carpenter which has helped to ignite my passion for real estate.
