28 years old.
Looking to leave the 9 to 5 cubicle life.
Motivated.
Hard working.
First time home owner.
All work done by myself.
Painting, baseboards, flooring, Gates, lighting fixtures, etc.

Looking for an investor to get me started. Recently helped my good friend update her first condo. Also did all my own work on my house.

My father has owned various properties throughout his life. Since I was about 5 years old my summer vacations and weekends were spent helping him, rather than playing with friends.

Extremely handy, fast learner and money hungry. Looking to start a family and move back to my home area of Monterey Bay. Need an extra comma in my salary to do that.

Hoping to find an investor to start me off small. Invest in a condo here in Sacramento  (150-200k range) and allow me to do all the work and help flip it. I keep a % of the profit and then help me work my way up into bigger flips.

I often spend my days in my cubicle about quitting my job (currently in cubicle thinking this now as I type) and seeking something I am passionate about. I have developed a passion for renovating homes, and I would love to do it full time as a career. But I need somewhere to start small. Hopefully that's where the investor can assist me.

Nice to meet you all, I look forward to future chats. Happy holidays!
