I have secured employment opportunities with three different companies and am awaiting final approval from each of them so I can basically choose the best fit.

For this reason I am interested in real estate opportunities in the Kansas City area and in the Fort Collins/Greeley area. 

Currently looking at good opportunities near Columbus, MS.

@Adriane Gasperetti Riverside and San Bernardino Counties have some great opportunities for rentals in good and bad markets, have to agree with @Krystle Padilla as well regarding Yucca Valley, YV has been great to me for multifamily holds over the years. 

In the spring of 2018 I have the opportunity to purchase a townhome valued at $110k for $79k. 

After several months of working on the wife, I’ve convinced her that REI is an opportunity that we need to explore.

I think these strategies provide me with great opportunities to apply what I am learning on BiggerPockets, earn passive income, and evaluate my future strategies.  

Will sit on this one a bit, and pursue other opportunities as they arise in the interim.
