Newbies from NOVA/DC area

Greetings BP,

Ken here, long time lurker first time poster. After several months of working on the wife, I've convinced her that REI is an opportunity that we need to explore. Since upgrading to PRO I've been pouring through the old webinars and listen to the podcasts to/from work.

Because of the DC area market, we’re looking to invest out of area currently. We will be looking for mostly turnkey or close to turnkey investing while we get our feet wet.. First stop will be the Chapel Hill, NC (Triangle) area. I’d love to connect with property managers / realtors familiar with the area.

Thanks!
