How much do you have to invest and what returns are you expecting to see?

Looking for some insight/ experiences from folks who have furnished rentals/ Airbnb in Anaheim (City requirement 31 day minimum unless you have a permit).  

Learning - I am looking to learn what others have found to be successful real-estate investing strategies. 

I got licensed and have been learning brokerage and hope to transfer these skills into becoming a principal at some point.

not sure what your trying to learn or do.. but just pay them by the door.IE  10k 20k 30 k 50k.. each GC will have their own fee.Myself I pay on the low end because i do all the accounting for the GC he only has to cordinate the subs .. 

This was almost exclusively done from my desktop, although I went to site a few times, I could have probably gotten away with never having went.My biggest regret with this project …..
