These days standalone sensor with alarm is cheap and good, if you want to use integrated one like simplisafe, it's good as well.

I'm invested in MF apartments, self storage and mobile home parks as a core passive investing strategy because I like hands off nature of it, get regular income, great tax benefits and upside appreciation potential.
