Taylor I've had my real estate license in the Phoenix Metro area, mainly Scottsdale since 2007.

Now I have to move and it doesn't make sense to sell that home, so I will try to rent it.I have to move to Dallas and like I asked in another post, I will try to make this my jump into REI, however I've been looking and I haven't found anything immediate that I could live on for a few months and then flip, besides the fact that my next loan will take some time (until I manage to rent the main house). 

I work full time for a Fortune 500 company, so I'm mainly interested in rental properties since I don't think I have the time that is required to be successful at flipping or wholesaling.

I notice lower end apps are focused mainly on screening tenants and collecting rent.  

It's more of the bedroom community with Enstar, MEA, MTA, Troopers, the Main Borough presence, the School District all in it's city limits I believe.  

I mainly work DFW area and surrounding suburbs.  

My main interests are owning profitable rental properties and hoping to try flipping someday.About me i work as a plumber full time and real estate part time.

Jenny, there was no pre-payment penalty with the loan I got, I can pay it off at any time, that was one of the main questions I asked about the loan.

I've mainly been learning about buy and hold strategies, but a lot of the information overlaps.

I have developed this passion for real estate investment mainly fix and flip.
