Hi everyone! My names Alex i live in Minnesota just south of the twin cities.

I like real estate! My main interests are owning profitable rental properties and hoping to try flipping someday.

About me i work as a plumber full time and real estate part time. I currently have 4 properties and am looking to get more fast. Im kind of at a stand still right now and looking for advice. Im eager to read and soak up as much info as possible to help me in my goals.
