Hello Everyone,

My name is Ezechiel Jocelyn.I am so excited to have joined this blog. I have been reading some of the blogs on line and I found them informative especially for a newbie like myself. I have developed this passion for real estate investment mainly fix and flip. But just like any other newbie  I lack the experience and knowledge which really caused  a bit of uncertainty for me on how to get started in this business. I don't have enough funds to go and just buy a property. I am really looking to grasp everything that I can get regarding all aspects of the business: marketing, how to spot the perfect property, how to negotiate the deal, wholesale, you name it.
