How are you handling Coronavirus cancellations?
17 March 2020 | 132 replies
I just got an email from Hilton all reservations can be cancelled with full refund as long as you do it within 24 hours of your stay or you can move them.Just like all the airlines are giving full refunds or full credits.not sure about rental car agencies i dont have a rental car reserved at the moment. its tough mom and pop hospitality cant suck it up like a big corp.. those renting it and expecting to get some customer care can get pretty upset as we know.

New purchase like to do a cash out refi

@Tim Debronsky I found some info online and Keith made a point if I understood correctly if I’m paying off a heloc with it it’s considered a rate and term loan not a cash out refi long as I pay off the heloc with it the part I’m not 100% is I have the heloc on the 1stHome not the 2nd home that’s free and clear so can I do a rate and term loan to pay off the heloc toward the 1st home loan if banks dig that deep 🤷🏻♂️ sorry if I made that sound confusing
