I'm a novice in Real Estate Investing, and have been using various resources to learn about the landscape (including a seminar from FortuneBuilder's this past weekend, great info but ridiculous upsell), BP being the best.

So many images of properties are taken from wacky angles, with poor lighting, and no regard for what is and isn't in the picture.

I'll give it a shot here to see if I can shed some light on the subject.Most investors avoid going conventional because it's expensive, time consuming and eats up quite a bit of your cash, now that we have to bring in 20% down before they'll even consider looking at the loan.

If I had stuck it out and knew I fraction of what I know now, I'd be light-years ahead.Use your GI bill to study finance, investments, economics, accounting and such, you don't need a full degree.Am I satisfied with my own decision?

I personally don't like your pics, low quality, lights are off, fireplace is dirty.

When i first started, I looked lightly for a group.

Checked in to check Greg's progress and see he finally saw the light and chucked birddogging, because it just doesn't make any sense when the line to wholesaling is just a few inches away.
