Start Wholesaling in San Diego or Phoenix??

Hey Everyone,

I wanted advice on where is a better market to rei/wholesale, San Diego or Phoenix. I am unsure which city to live and I want to make a decision asap, so I can start. I am from San Diego, so a plus would be that I am more familiar with the area. Anyone that live in either area or have experience would be a bonus!

-Thanks
Naema

All successful wholesalers in phx are buying with cash at the courthouse and wholesaling to buy and hold investors. I'm sure there are smaller operations but none that I know of at the moment.
