I’ve seen some crazy things in this line of work…I travel quite a bit for work so attending REIA meetings is very difficult, so I’ve finally joined and hoping to network on here.

I think I joined a few years ago and was one of those that didn't take 'action' and boy...am I kicking myself now - the market is hot around my town (and around most towns), I am a case of the woulda coulda shoulda..but didn't.

I joined the local REIA and they talk about how the population is expected to maybe triple over the next 30 years.

I joined the firm because I knew I wanted to invest in multifamily, but I knew nothing about the industry and assumed that this job would be the fastest way to learn the in and outs.
