As part of the meetup, you get a chance to interact with like-minded real estate investors and listen to engaging speakers who talk about topics related to real estate investing.

One of the things some homeowners don't get as intuitively is how much money they can lose when their property sits vacant while they hold out for a higher monthly rent price.It's important to get it right immediately so the listing doesn't get stale.

From advertising and prospect interaction throughout leasing, managing tenants, rent collection, scheduling city inspection, returning security deposits and everything in between. 

At this point, I don’t think I could have a single interaction with the tenant without being attacked.

I think that is what makes RE unique one gets to interact with all sorts of folks and team building is a huge part of scaling any operation.  

There is the art of the deal to wholesale that can be the thrill or all that personal interaction/ sales can be the worst thing ever to you depending on what you love.

This is achieved by asking a few key landlord-tenant handbook approved screening questions that I will reveal at the end of the course during an interactive role play session.
