In my 2 prior situations it was 2-3 months of annoyance and then all was fine - with a lovely, improved property next door.

It is the most invasive of all home improvements, 2nd to maybe termites which I dealt with too!

I sort of end up on excel at the end of the year importing statements and trying to categorize expenses, improvements, etc.  

We have several members who are not in northwest PA, but join to get access to all of our forms and newsletters. 

We would give the tenant access to our online payment system and they would give the info to login to the cosigner who would set up payments.

It seems as if the citizens and the police department are making strong improvements to improve safety.

Its just as necessary for partially improved land as for a fully developed property. 

From what I see and read, I don't think there is a loan that would allow me to do this, so I am thinking I have to get creative, Unless I am unaware of an option out there... but any advice is appreciated :)I am aiming to buy a house in the Atlanta area that I can improve/fix up to increase the value, but instead of selling it quickly as a flip, I would like to live in it!

As used herein, "permanent improvements" shall include, but not be limited to, all repairs, improvements, and equipment attached to the property as fixtures.
