I understand it is a difficult market at the moment (High interest, High prices, etc), and I have no problem playing the waiting game.

Paying down a mortgage quicker gives advantages if you believe the appreciation outlook is high because the debt pay down will give you more benefits when the property appreciates.

Potentially, but highly unlikely.

@Joseph Turner, if you're looking to buy in CA areas with high levels of appreciation, I've had clients take out a HELOC or 2nd mortgage and pay back the HELOC or 2nd with a cash out refinance once values appreciate. 

The big brokerages do offer great support, but your fees will be high.

Just know, typically, in commercial transactions, the seller is not likely to be open to footing the bill for your broker.Things I would be curious about: Why is the landlord creating and selling off, effectively, retail condos?  

I would highly consider house hacking if that's an option for you. 

They must maintain a high level of service and quality of work to be in the network.

Personally I invest in stocks, mutual funds, moneys in high yield savings account, dabbled in digital currency and but primarily real estate.
