STR Condo in Gulf Shores, AL

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We love the area and know that STR is very successful down there.

How did you finance this deal?

25% Down payment and Lender.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Purchasing a property out of state was a challenge with not being able to see it in person prior to closing. However, our realtor did an amazing job of putting us at ease and going the extra mile with videoing unit and going over to look at anything when we had questions or concerns.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Highly recommend our realtor Candace Pfab!
