@Alison Lee I believe the hesitation for banks is primairly on the fact that many of the occupants in MHPs don't use the banking system at all. 

A good PM company should and will provide All of  these no problem and will not hesitate If you ask them to put it in PM contract as well. 

I'm hesitant.

Most big banks and servicers will hesitate because they fear the consequences of making a mistake.

Of course, if there is anything else you need of have questions about don't hesitate to ask, we are not that far apart from each other.  

I'm currently looking into mortgage shopping and am doing a lot of research into the topic, and I then hit a thought that has caused me to hesitate: should we all put our names on the mortgage, thereby legally spreading exposure and allowing us to combine our resources (cash reserves, credit scores, etc.) or should one of us apply for the mortgage.

I've been living without roommates for the past two years and am very hesitant to go back.

Even the investors who have committed to this project were initially hesitant with respect to providing tax returns, PF statements, signing guarantees, etc.I know I can avoid my investors being underwritten by the bank by using a GP/LP ownership structure.
