There are still phenomenal deals being made every week but they may not be laid up for grabs in the public market.  

If you don't have an entity your personal assets are up for grabs in the lawsuit. 

Lately I've become very interested in short term vacation rentals, as it is an absolutely exploding market, all over the world, and I think there are good opportunities around to grab a piece of that cake.

Of course you want to try to grab their attention right away with a great mailer, but people are often busy, not in the mood, or simply not ready for your pitch or offer.
