Joined a month ago and was waiting until I could take a decent picture. Posted a pick now. I have thought about his since I was 16 and watching late night infomercials.

I bought a hud 100 down in 2010 lived in it a couple years, makes a couple hundred over the mortgage and HOA. Basically new so no real mainetance cost. Helped my spouse by a new construction that we moved into 2012. My plan all along was to expand further and further. In the month that I have been a member, I have been reeding the educational material and listening to the podcasts, and neither of the houses would meet any f the "rules". From what I am leaning I want to purchase the next house making some money at purchase.

2016 I want to spen learning and saving. 2017 based on what I have learned so far on the pod casts I want to convince my spouse to move with me into a multiunit and down size.
