I am here way too much.But, looking back 36+ years, as hard as it was getting started it was a lot of fun too.

I have a roommate which I split all bills with.I like to think I'm pretty hands-on and a fixer-upper sounds fun to me.

They are fun and awesome.I just acquired a Quad Multifamily recently.

(And actually it's a lot more fun than that, because you don't really know what will happen.)
