Would buying and building and renting a short term stay be the best and fastest for your wealth building?

We really like a few areas in Wake Forest and a few areas in Raleigh (Hedingham is one)for the strongest rents and fastest turnarounds.

As for the courts most of us have no true idea of why some local city, state or federal courts move or not move at the speed they due.

I had since become more clear that multi-unit was more my speed.
