What's up BP...first time posting.

I am a newbie to this site and I am obsessed!!

Quick background, I am an active agent in the Greater KC area, plus just started my investment portfolio last year after purchasing my first SFH. I currently have an accepted offer on house #2...It's a short sale and was wondering if there is anything I could do on my end to help speed up the process or make sure the deal goes through??

Thanks,
Ray

Hope the listing agent is an experienced ss agent. If they have the CDPE disignation, chances are 80% it'll close; if not, 50/50. Good luck. **You could have bought six foreclosures in the time/hassle you'll deal with on a ss. IMO:) *sigh
