Any items left outside that is not permitted will be removed as of xxxx give them 1 week to get it gone.They do no rent the yard, they have access to it and can enjoy being outside but they can't leave their crap out there. 

I am also building a custom house at the moment, but it's not nearly as enjoyable, having to answer to the owner and all.

And I really enjoyed crunching the numbers to see if properties actually make money.but need to think of it in a business sense also that my realestate understanding what I've learned and my broker's to be able to look and manage are worth something. :)Btw, if you ever happen to want to come out this way I'd love to host you give you a place to crash, etc!

I am surprised that nobody has suggested a bottle of wine or champagne for the new tenants to enjoy while they celebrate their new home.

If so, sell your house today (or in a few years) to give you the safety net of cash, and go travel the world and enjoy yourself.

Of course I would have enjoyed it more if it went faster.

If law enforcement can't do anything about squatters, can I then just simply break into any home (when people go on vacation or even leave to go to work in the morning) change the locks and claim that someone rented it to me and simply present a fake lease that I typed up, and enjoy their home until I get legally evicted? 

I also enjoy it for the most part and don't want to get too bored.
