If you have the skill and patience to remove the wall paper go for it, Just a suggestion while the paper is dry, remove the outer layer, then soak the backing.

Hi MattYou could remove it, and make repairs to the damaged dry wall as needed.

The inventory is extremely dry right now.

I offered TF for a while and did about 20 deals but interest dried up for me.

Worst part was when we sent the staff in to clean it out the bed still had dried brain matter & skull pieces all over it, along with blood stains all over the mattress.

@Ibrahim Hughes environmental issues are not limited to industrial properties. commercial properties can have impacts depending on how they were used (beware of dry cleaners!!!!!).

I was exploring the Canadian market, but the places that most interest me seem tapped dry, so I'm looking in the US market!

His team lost the finals, but I don't think anybody believes he is a failure.The world is not as cut and dry as you see it and money cannot be the only measurement of success or failure.  

This late in the real estate cycle I am prepared to take that risk by having more dry powder . any thoughts ?
