They'll pull your credit and see you have loan with Prosper / Lending Club and also will ask documentation on where the down payment is coming from.For HML, it could be fine, you may just have to shop around a bit.Good luck!

Any documents you guys have that can help me sorry first time landlord

After reviewing it with my attorney we redlined the documents and sent it back to the landlord.

This is where you see the biggest returns and I have all the resources and documentation already created to execute this, there is just a shortage of supply.

That said, both agents have a fair share in dealing with the issues and documentation needed.  

But the math works - so if we can just get some good news back from a lender that would make us feel alot better about moving forward!   

As always, check with an attorney for your specific needs and make sure the foreclosure process is performed with all services and notices property performed and documented in the special proceedings file... per the process defined in your state's laws.
