REO. Offer accepted. Selling agent keeps giving us the run around with paperwork?

Hello I just have a quick question for you guys. So the bank accepted our offer on a REO. All paperwork is complete, almost. Whenever my agent sends anything to the listing agent, the listing agent seems to always need "one more thing" or something is "always wrong or missing". I'm fed up. He also won't return my agents calls. Email is the only way to reach him. What do we do? We don't want to lose this deal due to a lousy listing agent! Any advice?
