Hello has anyone on the forums done a successful Probate direct marketing campaign that works?

Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations to help point me in a good direction?

I am wondering if timing on Direct mail makes a difference right before or after the long weekend for thanksgiving I am ready to send about 4000 mailings would hate to have a bust if I time it wrong.

Using that brain in a different direction would, literally, mean a completely different life for some people.

Then you skip trace them, try to get ahold of owner directly.

I'm new to the site so any and all information or direction is greatly appreciated.

The only way the listing agent gets a lead is if the shopper clicks on the listing agent and contacts them directly.

You can pay $2.99/unit to make the payments process faster, but I don’t.It tracks the time and date the payment was sent, so you never have to argue over when it was paid and it goes directly into any account you want.The application process is great as well.
